Within the system of a rapid growing market economy in China, large scalemachinery facilities are coming into use, which have lead to the social progressas well as severe environmental noise pollution. Normal life, work and studyhave already been disturbed by such noise pollution. As a matter of fact, noisecontrol has now become major concern of the whole society. Harbin Tiankecompany is a responsible environment protection company and mainly dedicatedin the field of noise reduction and control. In recent years, many privateenterprise have poured into this industry. As a result, Harbin Tianke companyneeds to react actively to external pressure imposed by the fierce marketcompetition and seize the opportunity on the basis of self advantage at hand topromote efficiency in the marketing and management and enhance performancein the market share to lay a solid foundation for long term strategic development.Here in this paper, the current marketing environment and current situationare analyzed, and subsequently the internal of the company and externalsituations including the advantage and disadvantage of opponents are discussed.As a marketing participant and the leader in the field of environmental protectionand noise elimination, the knowledge of self-advantage, the product feature andthe marketing external environment are necessary for all those corporations whohave desire to succeed in this field. Then for a second time, the analysis beencarried out in detail on the marketing strategy and existing problems ofTianke,by which discovered the existing marketing strategy is not perfect,marketing strategy still needs to be improved and adjusted. In the followingsection, after considering the current marketing strategy problem, goal marketanalysis, and studied the Harbin Tianke company’s4P marketing theory, byadopting the markeing tools properly, to hunt for market opportunities and offer anew marketing strategy which meet Harbin Tianke company’s development.Ultimately, this paper raises safeguard measures which according to theadjustment of Harbin Tiake marketing strategy, this is the necessary guarantee.Moreover, this paper also raises thinking for the healthy, stable and quickdevelopment for Tianke company to help this company to succeed in the fierce market competition.
