The non-oil business in the oil marketing companies of China Petroleum in Shandongachieved rapid development, greatly improving sales and profits since the commencement.In order to make the results of the operations of the non-oil products to a higher level, toachieve a more efficient non-oil products distribution. Shandong sales company introducesthe concept of third-party logistics. Third-party logistics distribution mode in the non-oilbusiness is with great strategic significance, both outside the enterprise reputation,competitive, and internal structure optimization, cost reduction, efficiency benefit.From the business perspective, selecting a good third-party logistics partner,developing a business strategic alliance is very important. Being a third-party logisticsenterprises, enterprise customers’ demand for logistics services market continues to expandand has brought a great deal of room for development, and in order to obtain a betterdevelopment, they must improve the level and quality of service, constantly updated andenhance their professional skills, and maintain good corporate reputation and image is thecurrent strategic focus.Firstly, we analyze the current situation of Shandong sales of non-oil productsdistribution from both the operation of the third-party logistics management andperformance management, we put forward the existing problems and recommendations andcriteria of selecting third-party logistics service providers, also from the perspective ofsupply chain game. Shandong sales company needs to continue to deepen demands, deepenthe systematic management of third-party logistics, deepen information collaborative.
