An Empirical Analysis And Study On Supply Chain Management In Offshore Oil Logistics System

While the logistics in our country appear time is not long, but as an industry, ithas been throughout the world by unprecedented attention. Management guru PeterDrucker who had predicted in the60s: logistics and supply chain management is "thefinal piece of the uncultivated land achieving competitive advantage" and "themysterious world obtaining benefits".This paper has, from the perspective of business practices and at the level ofbusiness application, explored and researched systematically about supply chainmanagement, especially the core management problems which the optimizing of thepurchasing value chain, vendor selection and management, supply chain managementinformationization and procurement system performs the integration of the ERP.
