Study On The Energy Efficiency Of Bohai Sea Based On DEA

In recent years, the growth of the economy by leaps and bounds in our country, thecontradiction between economy and resources environment is more and more prominent.How to break through the energy limits to finally realize the sources of energy, economy andenvironment coordinated development, become one of the important research field in ourcountry at present. Improve the efficiency of energy utilization, sustainable development is animportant content of implementing scientific outlook on development. At present, China’seconomic growth, on the whole, presented the high energy consumption, high input, highpollution and low efficiency of3tall one low status, and regional energy efficiency also showthe height of the feature. After the Yangtze river delta, the pearl river delta, Bohai sea rimeconomic circle is rapidly rising, the national economic development plays an enormous role.And both in the geographical position, natural resources and human resources in science andtechnology resources, the Bohai sea region has a unique advantage. However the link Bohaisea area the energy efficiency of the Yangtze river delta and pearl river delta region areobviously on the low side, therefore, analysis of Bohai rim region of Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei,Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Liaoning and Shandong provinces two city area of energy efficiency,comparing the regional differences and find the reason finally to put forward thecountermeasures of improving energy efficiency in the Bohai sea region has importantpractical significance. In this paper, the research on how to improve the energy efficiencyproblem in the Bohai sea region has a certain degree of reference value.In This article first defined the article research the energy efficiency of energy betweenthe various factors of production efficiency of optimized configuration of technology, andthen select the four provinces in the Bohai sea region area during2000-2011data of two cities,make use of the energy consumption structure, and the energy consumption per unit GDPenergy consumption elasticity coefficient of the three indicators to evaluate the energyutilization of our country’s various provinces and cities in Bohai sea. Using data envelopmentanalysis method to link Bohai sea area, Yangtze river delta region of Shanghai and Zhejiangprovince, the pearl river delta region of Guangdong province in2000-2011to measure theenergy efficiency of, through the comparison and analysis, link Bohai sea area of energy efficiency is lower than Yangtze river delta and the pearl river delta region, and the fourprovinces in the Bohai sea sea region in two city area energy efficiency ranking order: Beijing,Tianjin, Liaoning, Inner Mongolia, Shandong, Hebei, Shanxi. Secondly selecting nine factorsaffecting energy efficiency indicators, build multivariate regression model analysis theinfluence of DEA effective four provinces and cities in Bohai sea of energy efficiency factor.Finally, combining the empirical part of the analysis and the DEA efficient provinces and theinfluence factors of energy efficiency, puts forward the measures to improve the link Bohaisea energy efficiency.
