Research On The Risk Costs Management Of Oilfield Exploration And Development

Oilfield exploration and development is a complex system engineering. It has thecharacteristics of high-risk and high-cost. It means that the exploration and development ofoilfield can bring great benefits to the enterprise, may also has caused huge losses or damageto the enterprise, environment and society. Therefore, it is an important way that improve theeconomic benefit of oilfield exploration and development in our country by strengthen riskmanagement and cost management of the oilfield exploration and development in oilenterprise, undoubtedly. And combing the two side of management to implement risk costmanagement in oilfield exploration and development is bound to have a positive long-termsignificance which is in the side of enterprising level of risk management and reducing therisk costs.This article has done a preliminary research on the risk costs management of oilfieldexploration and development, its main contents are: to analyse and induce the risk factors andrisk management of oil exploration and development activities, and thus leads to the basicconcepts of risk costs and risk costs management oil field exploration and development, toexplain the internal relation of the oil exploration and development risk costs and oilexploration and development risk management features and principles. On this basis, usingthe economics principle to explore the controllability of oilfield exploration and developmentrisk costs, for clear the control goals of oil field exploration and development risk costs; todiscuss the issues that specific risk costs of the oil exploration and development, andmeasurement principles, properties and methods as well as the record methods and reportingof risk costs, to build a risk costs accounting methods of the oilfield exploration anddevelopment; discusses the method of manage and evaluation for risk costs of oilfieldexploration and development, clear the responsibility centers, established the oilfieldexploration and development risk costs management performance evaluation and the effect ofmanagement evaluation for exploration and development risk costs management, as well asassociated analysis model, in order to analyzed various aspects of the evaluation of the effect of the cost of risk costs management for oil exploration and development, and thus be able toenhance all-round risk costs management level of oil field exploration and development.
