A variety of popular Taxi-hailing Apps have emerged into ChineseTaxi market, with breaking the traditional roadside hailing mode, whichcannot be ignored. The Taxi-hailing Apps provides a new solution ofconflicts. This article analysis from multi aspects of the existing taxioperation model and O2O model (Apps Hailing) causes in aimed atrecognizing the key problem to put forward reform of a new Taxi industry.Through analysis of the relationship between the various factors byusing Delphi method to find out the influencing factors, meanwhile,according to the hierarchy of factors, we can build an ISM(InterpretativeStructural Modeling Method) to draw a directed graph relationship of thefactors. Finally, according to the degree of matching digraph, imbalance oftaxi supply and demand affect customers is the main reason why customersuse Taxi-Hailing Apps to call taxi. Weather conditions and hailing timeperiod is the initial intention exogenous factors which influence the useintention of Taxi-Hailing Apps.According to the establishment of the cooperative game theory modelbetween Taxicab Company and Taxi-Hailing Apps Company, and theevolutionary game theory model between taxi drivers and passengers, Isuggest that a coordination mechanism should be constructed between taxibooking service and Software Company. From two game theory models,we can conclude that increase function of Taxi-Hailing Apps will provideselect excitation to the taxi drivers. And properly relaxing of the priceregulation is the effective way to promote the passengers and driverscooperation with each other and balance of both interests.As a result, key factors of affecting Taxi-hailing Apps use intention are revealed, which may act as a reference marketing strategy suggestionto Taxi-hailing Apps companies and provide a brand new concept forimproving the quality of taxi service industry, which has sufficientpractical significance.
