Research On Car Rental Service Model Based On Third-party Taxi Software

Taxi appeared in the late nineteenth century,has more than 100 years of history.It is an old industry,has yet to be matured.With the continuous development of Internet technology,the beginning of 2013 taxi software first appeared in China's Shanghai.Its appearance provides a new way to solve the contradiction of taxi industry in our country.As a new product,it began to become popular.But at the same time it also has its own profit model defects.This paper focuses on this issue.The first few chapters is the theory and the summary part,the paper mainly studies the relationship between the existing taxi traffic behavior characteristics and supply and demand,and compared with about rental market abroad,analysis of deficiencies in the market of china.For this car rental service model for the study,first of all to know why it is favored by the majority of taxi drivers and passengers.In this paper,the use of interpretative structural model of the use of taxi software to the impact of factors to find out the root causes of mass use.The conclusion is that travel demand,income levels and weather conditions are the main reasons for people to use.The taxi software produced a certain impact on the traditional taxi industry,mainly reflected in the phone call car service,the characteristics of low efficiency and high cost leads to less interested passengers.This business has been around for more than half a century,has been to taxi companies earn considerable profits.At this point in the elimination of the edge of the taxi companies are reluctant to give up.Based on the above problems,this paper puts forward a hypothesis that taxi software companies can take a cooperative approach with taxi companies to achieve a win-win situation.In order to solve this problem,a cooperative game model of taxi software company and taxi company is established,and the model is solved.Looking at the domestic and foreign scholars on the research results of the taxi industry,the new service model based on taxi software is still rare.This paper explains this problem structure model,cooperative game analysis research,the conclusion can provide decision-making advice for the software company taxi and taxi to the future development of the enterprise,has important theoretical and practical significance.
