The Research For Trend And Risk Of International Trade Finance Business Of Domestic Bank

On August2013, the State Council approved the launch of China(Shanghai) Pilot Free-Trade Zone. All policies will promote the deepenreformation, and bring in great energy to Chinese economy. But, thefinance market and risk management of commercial bank have notprepared well for the coming direct and fierce competition from theforeign financial institutions, which leads to many risk events about int’ltrade finance happened in recent years. Domestic commercial banks mustimprove and reform risk management urgently, to meet the requirementof the innovations of trade finance products.Based on the above view, this thesis introduces the int’l trade financesituation of domestic banks, to conclude the trend of innovation;categorize the risks according to Basel Accord, present basic models fordifferent risks, analysis the weakness of risk management system ofdomestic banks by the case of “financial copper” and give somesuggestions to prevent and control the risks; finally, give proposition toguide the development of trade finance in the FTZ circumstance.
