Commercial Bank’s Risk Management Of International Trade Financing

In recent years, import and export trade and business environment is turning complex, ways and means of international trade and economic cooperation is becoming more diverse, these factors lead to enterprises’ demand is getting strong for bank trade finance to support, but also to commercial banks, international trade finance business development has brought great opportunity. More improvement of enterprise’s require for commercial bank’s trade finance services and more fierce market competition, which contributed to China’s commercial banks are required to do a good job of international trade finance products, innovation and development in order to meet the market and the bank’s own development needs. Meanwhile, the international trade finance is also China’s commercial banks to optimize credit structure, and an important means to resolve the credit risk. Therefore, it is of great significance and value that analysis of China’s commercial banks of international trade finance business development, finding problems and take appropriate development strategies and measures to promote international trade finance of China’s commercial banks with scientific and effective development, further to support transformation of China’s commercial banks and growth of export and import trade.This paper is based on a comprehensive review of the literature of international trade finance business research and theoretical basis, discuss the characteristics and advantages of international trade financing, and the characteristics of changes in China’s commercial banks’ international trade finance in-depth, it is analysis of international trade finance’s development status and problems in China’s commercial banks, made to promote international trade finance product innovation, improve the system of international trade finance business, strengthen the development of international trade finance techniques and the strengthening of international trade finance’s risk management measures. This paper is combined with the actual case’s experiences and inspiration, comprehensively expounding China’s commercial banks to promote international trade finance business to achieve scientific and effective improvement of the whole idea.
