Research On The Fusion Of Culture And Science And Technology And Its Realization

The integration of culture and science and technology is an important content toenhance the cultural soft power. The cultural soft power is the important step toenhance China’s comprehensive national strength and promote economic and socialdevelopment. Culture and science and tecnology are integrating with each other, ifleave any part or a lack of the necessary conditions, the other part will be difficult todevelop. Based on this logic, this paper to find out the commonness of the two crossfusion through empirical research, and explore specific path fusion of culture andscience and technology.This paper mainly discusses the fusion of culture and science and technologyand its realization from five aspects.The first part mainly discusses the reality and historical background of the ideathat the integration of culture and science and technology, and put forward theproposition of the important theory and the practice significance. This paperdiscussed the domestic and international research status of the topic, and makes abrief review. Then put forward the research content and the research methods (mainlybased on empirical research by CGSS2010). At the end of this chapter, this paper putforward the theory innovation and the practice innovation.The second part is an overview of the integration of culture and technology. Firstof all, this part define the core concepts, including the concept of culture, the conceptof science and technology,and the concept of the integration of culture and scienceand technology. Then, it discusses the importance and possibility of the integration ofculture and science and technology. Finally, this part put forward a few way that canexplain the integration of culture and science and technology. They are: gametheory, sturctural functionalism, social exchange theory, and system theory.The third part presents the empirical research of the integration of culture andscience and technology, it includes two parts of quantitative research and qualitativeresearch. The quantitative data were derived from the CGSS2010data, the definitionof variables were selected from the connotation and denotation of two concepts, and seek their symbiotic form. These jobs need to establish in our literature review early.Through data analysis, this paper draws six empirical conclusions. Conclusion one,culture and science and science and technology in our country is not in high degree offusion. Conclusion two, people have small feeling for material level, and new scienceand technology is not yet deep into the daily culture. Conclusion three, people havesmall feeling for system level, the political indifferience is widespread, but are highlyapproval of the legalization on the country. Conclusion four, the public scientificliteracy is good, but poor in mastering new technology. Conclusion five, theeducational factors play a key role in the integration of culture and science andtechnology, they positively related, when education has an increase of1, theintegration of culture and science and technology increase0.005.Conclusion six, theimportant means of the integration of culture and technology is innovation. This paperselect the case of local culture and science and technology fusion, and the specificapplication of the integration of culture and science and technology. Then based onthe basis of conclusion, this paper lists some challenges the integration of culture andscience and technology will be face.The fourth part mainly is the path to achieve the integration of culture andscience and technology, this paper presents four paths, respectively is: give full playto the subjective initiative of people, improve the citizen’s science and technologyculture quality, strengthen the cultural and scientific industrial integration and marketintegration, strive to build the new mechanism of the integration of culture andscience and technology.The fifth part begins with a brief summary of previous research, and commentthe path of the integration of culture and science and technology, respond to theexplanatory framework of the integration of culture and science and technology bothat home and abroad. On this basis, this paper also discusses the future researchdirection of the integration of culture and science and technology.
