The thesis studies the culture conflict and integration course of Japanese enterprises inChina. On the basis of concerned principal theories, this thesis gives a comparativeresearch on culture between China and Japan, summarizing the characteristics of bothculture and analyzing the similarities and differences.Trough a questionnaire survey to Japanese managers and Chinese staff in6Japaneseenterprises in China on the culture difference and conflict, it shows the cognitive distinctbetween two parties on such aspects as the motivation, sense of belonging, team working,interpersonal relationship, management standardization of Japanese enterprise, payment.The reason comes from the point of culture difference, operation principle andmanagement behavior between two parties. Then About the case study on Ito Yokado’sdevelopment in China, following the culture integration process spiral encompassingculture experiencing, culture recognition, culture identification, culture compatibility,culture infiltration, culture transmission, and culture innovation.On the grounds of theory study, comparative research, questionnaire and case study,the thesis build a cross-culture management mode of enterprises’ internationalization,attempting to provide a solution eliminating culture conflict while improving cultureintegration. The mode consists of8parts: electing cross-culture management talents,understanding local culture, distinguishing culture distinct and learning lessons, integratingculture and making culture innovation, conducting market test and taking socialresponsibility, building new mode, launching cross-culture training to construct commonvalue, improving the new culture integration into each layer of management. The last partis the consideration and enlightenment on culture integration of cross-culture management.
