Research On The Collaboration Mechanisms Of The Inventory Type Of Online Supply Chain Finance-based On Symbiosis Theory

Online supply chain finance(OSCF) is a deeply integrative and advancedcollaborative symbiotic system between financial institutions and entities industry,based on the platform of information and technology.And it’s a new form whichevolves from the traditional supply chain finance to adapt to the development of theinformation age. Through the high integration and real-time sharing of the businessflow, cash flow, logistics flow and information flow,the OSCF can realize thetimeliness,safety and effectiveness of the allocation on financial resource andpromote the development of relevant industries.This symbiotic system includesnumerous participants-financial institutions,enterprises on the supply chain,logisticsenterprises and the four big platform. The collaboration between them is to a largedegree related to the operational situation and future development of the symbioticsystem, and inventory financing model is the most basic and representativemode.Therefore, this paper researching on the collaboration mechanism of inventorytype of online financial supply chain from the perspective of symbiosis has importanttheoretical and practical significance.This paper firstly introduced the definition and classification of the inventorytype of OSCF,then analyzed the collaborative operational process among thenumerous participants. In view of the symbiotic characteristics of online financialsupply chain system,this paper revealed the symbiotic status of the inventory type ofOSCF from the perspective of symbiosis theory, including symbiotic unit, symbioticmode and symbiotic environment.And through the analysis of the evolution processof its symbiotic mode, we concluded that currently the inventory type of OSCF inChina was in a continuous and asymmetry mutualism situation.Collaboration is theessence,foundation and power of symbiosis and symbiosis is the goal ofcollaboration.The current symbiotic state of the inventory type of OSCF has a certaingap to the ideal condition, so this paper built collaboration mechanisms from theperspective of the evolution of symbiotic organizational and behavior patterns,including organization collaboration, information collaboration, trust collaborationand interests collaboration mechanisms,which can promote the inventory type of OSCF to evolve to a more advanced symbiotic state. In the end, this paper built anevaluation index system on the collaboration of the inventory type of OSCF, on thebasis of the architecture of the on-line collaborative supply chain finance,using fuzzyand comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate its collaboration.And put forwardsome suggestions from the perspective of the symbiosis to promote the inventory typeof OSCF to develop towards more collaborative and symbiotic state.The innovation of this paper:(1) analyzed the symbiotic status of the inventorytype of OSCF from the perspective of symbiosis theory and concluded that it wascurrently in a continuous and asymmetry mutualism situation.(2) studied on thecollaborative mechanisms among the participants of the inventory type ofOSCF,including organization collaboration, information collaboration, trustcollaboration and interests collaboration mechanisms,using symbiosis theory as theinstruction.(3) built the key evaluation index system and model on the collaborationof the inventory type of OSCF, using fuzzy and comprehensive evaluation method toevaluate its collaboration.
