The Optimization Design Research On Contract Of Supply Chain Finance

In recent years, China’s economy develops rapidly, and industrial upgrading bringsfavorable circumstance to small and medium-sized enterprises. However, theseenterprises universally have the plight of financing difficulties because of amanagement on smaller scale, a weak anti-risk ability, and a lack of capital.Theappearance of supply chain finance play an important role in the financing of small andmedium-sized enterprises. As a new kind of financial innovation, supply chain financecan not only ease the plight of financing difficulty of small and medium-sizedenterprises, but also optimize the structure of the business of commercial Banks,reducing the financing risk, and brings new profit growth point to the core enterpriseand logistics enterprises, achieving the win-win result. But because businessdevelopment of supply chain finance is not yet mature, coupled with the different levelsare intermingled of small and medium-sized enterprises, there are several defaults. Inthis paper, based on this starting point, makes the stability and efficiency of supplychain finance service contract as the goal, and builds a reasonable contract optimizationmechanism, promoting the development of supply chain finance.First of all, this paper studies the development situation and relevant theory ofsupply chain finance, the contract of credit and profit distribution in our country andabroad. It makes the analysis of the connotation, the main body relations, operationmode and the development situation in our country of supply chain finance, and pointsout the current problems of supply chain finance service contract. It illuminates thethought of service contract optimization design of supply chain finance from the principle of interests distribution, the elements of distribution and the allocation thesethree aspects based on the principal-agent theory, and gives the optimization path ofcontract of supply chain finance.Plus, this paper makes optimization research of the profit distribution of supplychain finance. It expounds the advantages and disadvantages of Shapley value ofcooperative game method, trying to use the Shapley value method to get reasonableallocation of the economic interests of the output of supply chain finance. And get theimproved Shapley value model after considering the correction of Shapley valuebecause of risk factors, the money considering and contribution factor. By analysingcase to verify the rationality and feasibility of the optimization model of service profitdistribution of supply chain finance, it compares the results of profit distribution, andmakes conclusion that Shapley value after considering modifying factors is more fairand reasonable to reflect the principles of profit distribution.Finally, this paper makes summary and prospect of contents of this paper. And itgives suggestions to improve some parts as follows, such as building partnerships,setting up the reasonable incentive contract of supply chain finance, accelerating reformof the financial system and organizing system innovation, the introduction of insurancemechanism.
