Property Management Research Of Resettlement Residential Area Based On Owners’Satisfaction

Good property management can increase the value of housing, also can makepeople living comfortable and happy. when the people who were living here remove tothe resettlement area at XGJ in Shandong province, the property management was notworked orderly,and the property management fee`collection rate is badly low. Thethesis studies the status of the event.Firstly, the property management satisfaction questionnaire is designed toresearch XGJ resettlement residential, and it had some analyzed to thequestionnaire particularly, the main factors which affecting the propertymanagement satisfaction has been confirmed; the paper also conducted interviews onXGJ resettlement residential property management problems, and carried on theanalysis of the interview, it is concreted analysis the property managementproblems; based on the satisfaction survey, this paper presents the internal and externalproperty management improvement measures to solve the problems;finally,newsatisfaction investigation has been conducted after improving estate management,theresult noted that the estate management satisfaction of XGJ estate resettlementcommunity has been enhanced a lot because of the improvement.The result of the essay not only played an important role in improving the estatemanagement level of XGJ resettlement community but also in referring estatemanagement of similar projects.
