| With the development of China’s housing industry, the advantages of fulldecoration housing has become increasingly prominent. So it caused a growing numberof concerns. Full decoration housing in China started late, so it don’t have enoughliterature about full decoration housing. So the research of consumer’ choice behaviorof full decoration housing of Xi’an city has important theoretical significance andpractical value. The development of full decoration housing in Xi ’an market is slowly.This paper research what aspects will influence consumers’ choice about fulldecoration housing through a questionnaire. And explore the reason why fulldecoration housing development so slowly from the consumer’s point of view of Xi’an.Then put forward some related suggestions to the full decoration housing development.Based on the study of the relevant laws and regulations and national policy, thispaper divided the house in two kinds: blank Housing and full decoration housing. Thenconstructs the logit model which containing characteristics of the family, thedecoration cost factors and psychological factors. The characteristics of family factorsinclude: age, gender, education, household income and family assets; psychologicalfactors include four variables: the purchase motivation, importance of personalizeddecoration, the cognition of the residential renovation and trust in full decorationhousing. In addition, increase the cost factors according to the domestic actual situationas well as the classification of the standards in this paper, and increased the cost factorsin this paper.Taking Xi’an residents as the research object to determine the research variablethrough the literature research and consumer interviews. After the descriptive statistics of the data, logit model is used to analyze the significant variables of which influenceconsumers choice of full decoration housing. Finally, put forward relevant policyrecommendations in view of the problems, in order to promote the development of allresidential renovation of Xi’an. |
