Empirical Study On Influencing Factors Of Enterprise Environmental Protection Investment

With rapid economic development in our country, also pose serious environmentalproblems, how to protect the environment in order to keep the economy sustainabledevelopment is a hot problem to be solved in our country. The natural environment andresources is the basis of economic development condition, environmental pollution seriouslyrestricts the economic development for a long time. In recent years, China’s investment inecological protection, pollution control, and environmental protection has been done a lot ofwork, but still faces serious environmental situation, the big lack of environmental protectioninvestment is the leading cause of low efficiency for environmental protection work, so thisarticle will explore the influence factors of environmental protection investment.First of all, this article elaborated the environmental protection investment andinvestment related theory background, reviews the domestic and foreign environmentalprotection investment development journey and existing literature research achievements ofenvironmental protection investment.Secondly, this paper discusses the status quo and existing problems of environmentalprotection investment. According to the actual situation of our country, respectively from theinvestment level of environmental protection, environmental protection investment efficiency,environmental protection investment purpose of analyzing the present situation and problemsof environmental protection investment and financing channels aspects, and sums up theproblems existing in the environmental protection investment. China’s environmentalprotection investment, low efficiency of investment, investment insufficiency, the singlefinancing channel and a series of problems, these problems seriously restrict theenvironmental protection work smoothly.Again, This article from the environmental protection investment on corporateinvestment in one of two main body, petrochemical enterprise’s environmental protectioninvestment in area of Bin Zhou city of Shandong province as an example, through empiricalanalysis to explore the influence factors of enterprise environmental protection investment.Results show that environmental protection consciousness of corporate decision makers, theeconomic benefits level of enterprise, government positive incentives and government negative incentives are four factors of enterprise investment environment, which havedifferent degree of influence. On this basis, put forward policy Suggestions to promote theenterprise investment for environmental protection：First, to strengthen environmental education and propaganda, improve the cognition ofenvironmental protection of enterprises. In the enterprise to carry out a series ofenvironmental protection and pollution control of environmental protection knowledge lecture,influencing the social and other enterprises to care for and support environmental work.Second, change the single financing, increase the diversified financing channels. Thecurrent environmental protection investment is main or investment by the government. So, thegovernment should actively encourage and support the construction of domestic and foreignenterprises to invest in pollution treatment.Third, improve the positive incentives, encourage enterprises to increase investment inenvironmental protection. The government to provide environmental protection investmentmanages pollution tax breaks and subsidies to encourage policy, arouse the enthusiasm ofenterprises to the environment protection.Fourth, enhance government negative incentives, the enterprise investment forenvironmental monitoring to punish enterprise which is under the level of environmentalprotection investment standards.In addition, the author in addition to the results of empirical research put forward thecorresponding measures for enterprises to improve environmental protection investment, andalso put forward the corresponding external policy Suggestions, suggesting the governmentpollution clear standards, setting up environmental protection and strengthening theintroduction of environmental protection high and new technology industry investmentcompany to better protect the environment...
