Research On Business Innovation Strategy For TJHY-TAT Freight Station

As the progress of economic globalization and market competition, TJHY-TATcargo terminal don’t want to be eliminated in the fierce market competition. It is notenough to simply rely on form of traditional business. So it is imperative to thebusiness innovation. For new business, on the one hand, the market competition isless and easy to obtain high monopoly profits; on the other hand, the convenienceand personalized service can attract more customers, make the enterprise isimpregnable.First of all, the thesis introduced mainly that how to achieve the strategicmanagement of enterprise, and some typical strategic analysis tools from thetheoretical analysis. Next, the article introduced briefly the basic situation, assetsand operating conditions of the TJHY-TAT cargo terminal. And in allusion to thestatus quo of TJHY-TAT cargo terminal, points out it existing major problems. Andthen using PEST analysis tool to analyze the macro environment and the prospect ofthe air freight industry, using Michael Porter’s five-force model to analyze thecompetition in the air freight industry, using the SWOT analysis tool to analyze andsummarize strengths and weaknesses of the TJHY-TAT cargo terminal, theopportunities and threats it faces, and using Ansoff Matrix model to put forward thespecific strategies to implement. In the next place, the article further studied theInnovative business, such as logistics business, the express mail business andCross-border e-commerce business, through using the relevant theories of strategicmanagement as well as statistical analysis tools. Ultimately, the article studied thedevelopment ideas and matching strategy for TJHY-TAT cargo terminal, such asfinancial strategy, marketing strategy, human resource strategy and managementoperation strategy. The main contributions of this dissertation has a very importantpractical significance to the study of business innovation strategy and futuredevelopment of TJHY-TAT freight station, at the same time has a guidingsignificance to development planning for other cargo terminal.
