Resaerch On Management Process Design Of GDJT Inner Mongolia Energy Ltd.

In this paper, we study the management process GDJT Inner Mongolia Energy Co.LTD.The theoretical basis of our research is the process of design theory, we use a flow chart fordescribing management tools. First we sort out and analyze the company’s internal businessactivities, from the administrative management, human resources management, projectmanagement, safe production management, party work management, financial management andprosecutorial supervision and management of seven aspects of the business process description.Then,we analyzed business activities of the administrative affairs, human resources,operations planning, production and the Party and work safety. Finallyt, as the conclusions ofthis study, we draw the chart of the administrative, human resources and business plan.
