Based on the theory of enterprise culture research,study and evaluation of the NanjingZhongfuda corporate culture innovation have been analyzed in this paper.First, thecorporate culture of Nanjing Fidelity analyze the situation in the framework of corporateculture were three levels: the core values, institutions, employees and business outlook forlandscape analysis, the problem with the existing corporate culture.First of all, i analyze thestatus of Nanjing Zhongfuda corporate culture, corporate culture framework is divided intothree levels: the core value, system, staff style and business style, I analyzed from the abovethree levels, by the existing problems of enterprise culture.Secondly, this paper describesthe status of Huawei’s corporate culture with the Corporate culture framework,and tell usthe successful experience of Huawei’s corporate culture,all enterprise system construction isto build around the core values,through the system, the core value view be into the staffstyle and business style,the final, that be show in the staff style and business style. Finally,Zhongfuda corporate culture system would be innovation with of the enterprise culturemodel. It’s Content is the key factor of enterprise Zhongfuda past success, and it’sarchitecture is the use of Huawei core values model. In order to let the core values get thesystem support, i innovated in the organization and system of Zhongfuda, and apply asafeguard measure on the Innovative enterprise culture,ultimately affect the staff style andbusiness style.
