Enterprise culture is the soul of the modern enterprise, excellent enterpriseculture to enterprise’s development have four functions,they are cohesion, guideand motivation and promotion. When corporate culture want to play a role, it mustbe achieved through effective communication, especially the internalcommunication of enterprise culture. The internal communication of enterpriseculture generally contains four specific elements, namely the main body, receptor,objects and channels. These four factors influence each other, interaction, andthrough the five operation mechanism to complete the internal communication ofenterprise culture, incentive induced mechanism, the mechanism of group pressure,environmental cues flow mechanism, individual learning mechanism andpersonnel mechanism.
