| Asset evaluation is an integral part of our economic life social intermediary services,and itis playing an increasingly important role in the social market economy.However,with therapid development,asset evaluation is facing greater competition and challenges.The majorproblems that the asset appraisal companies face are how to improve customers’satisfaction and service efficiency.In this paper,we choose Tianjin Xingtai asset evaluation company as the main object ofstudy and based process optimization theory, methods and techniques,to assess and designasset evaluation business process of Xingtai company.Firstly,according to the characteristics of this company,combined with the companyleadership,corporate customers,industry experts’opinions,and reading a lot of references,wedesign the customer satisfaction survey for the customers of Xingtai asset evaluationcompany.Through recycling,analysis questionnaire,we could find unsatisfactory aspects ofasset appraisal business.We describe the various stages of the operational flow chart andfind the main problems of Xingtai company.Secondly,we use the strategy map to discriminate the relationship between corporatestrategy and asset appraisal business processes,analysis the process of asset evaluationbusiness and find out the goals of process optimization.We could confirm whether the partof the process needs to be improved and the link optimization is feasible or not by the timevalue analysis and ease of analysis.Finally,we study and design asset appraisal business process optimization solutions.At thesame time,we plan asset appraisal business process optimization solution to ensure thissolution could imply successfully.We hope that this paper could provide optimal solution for Xingtai company to improve thecustomer satisfaction and Guarantee the smooth implementation of corporate strategy.Onthe other hand,this paper could provide a valuable reference sample for the same type ofbusiness to establish processes and standardized asset evaluation. |
