| Along with economic globalization and the development of science, the scale ofsupply chain is more and more big, and the species of enterprise is increased. At the sametime, the business relationship between enterprises is becoming more and more complicated,so the supply chain becomes supply chain network. Because the supply chain network oftenappears problem due to unstable environment, we must take the necessary protectivemeasures to protect the interests of the enterprise.Supply chain network is dynamic network, which has the robustness and vulnerability,the failure of some nodes in it may affect other nodes, and then the network efficiencyserious decline, this phenomenon called cascade effect. The cascade effect in supply chainnetwork is caused by the load redistribution. And the cascade effect increases the risk ofsupply chain network, so we must pay more attention to it. If a node will cause seriouscascade effect, then it is the important node in the supply chain network, so it must beprotected. That is the basis of this paper.In this paper, the importance evaluation for supply chain network node is based oncascade effect, so simulating the process of cascade effect is the most important step.According to this concept, the following work has been done in this paper:First of all, this paper establishes supply chain network model based on complexnetwork theory. According to the analysis to different structure of the supply chain networkmodel, we chose the mesh supply chain network model as the research object.Secondly, this paper studies how to evaluate the importance of node, and applies theoverload function to present the node’s status when the network occur cascade effect. Onthis basis, we present a detailed evaluation step. After evaluating the node of supply chainnetwork which we choose, we compared the new result with result of traditional evaluationmethod, and we found that the new method can find some hidden node, so the new methodis very useful. That is because the new method takes into account the dynamics of thesupply chain network.Finally, the new method which we study applied to evaluate the importance of TheYangtze river delta textile industry supply chain network node. This paper put forwardsome opinions to optimize the structure of supply chain according to the evaluation results at last. |
