| In recent years, the supply disruptions caused by various emergencies has brought great challenges to the stability of supply chain networks. In the face of complex environment, how to improve the robustness of a supply chain network to maintain its stable operation is an important research content in supply chain management. In particular, the impact of COVID-19 has caused the academic and industrial circles to attach great importance to supply chain stability, and a series of measures such as shortening the length of the supply chain and regionalizing the development of the supply chain have been concerned. However, there is still a lack of analysis on the impact of distance factor and corresponding failure response behavior on the robustness of supply chain networks in existing research. As a complex system, the network structure of the supply chain system is closely related to individual behavior and system performance. In order to help supply chain managers build a more robust supply chain network, this paper studies the robustness of supply chain networks from the perspective of complex networks.Firstly, considering the factors such as distance and the preferential behavior of enterprises,a corresponding supply chain network evolution model is constructed by using the complex network theory, and its network characteristics are analyzed to reveal the evolution law of the supply chain network.Based on this network, its static robustness is analyzed. The robustness evaluation index based on the full-role connected sub-graph is proposed, and the search process is designed according to the breadth-first search algorithm.Through the simulation of random and target disruptions, the robustness of supply chain networks under different network structural parameters is analyzed. Moreover, the effects of two cascade failure suppression behaviors on the robustness of supply chain networks are analyzed based on the load capacity model. One is the behavior of strengthening cooperation with the remaining partners or looking for new alternative enterprises(called strengthening external cooperation);the other is to identify and protect important enterprises in advance. The differences in effect under degree centrality, betweenness centrality, closeness centrality and random protection mechanisms are compared. Finally,it is verified through the actual supply chain network. It is found that the supply chain network generated under the local preference mechanism still has the realistic scale-free characteristics, showing the characteristics of robustness and fragility.Under different disruption scenarios, the local scope and preference intensity of cooperation will have different effects on the robustness of the supply chain network;and the greater the difference in the number of different types of enterprises, the more fragile the corresponding supply chain network. In addition, strengthening external cooperation and protecting important enterprises can effectively reduce the failure scale, but the above measures cannot achieve good results when the capacity parameter is small.Under different importance indicators, the protection of important enterprises based on degree centrality can bring relatively good results. In conclusion, the above research can provide a reference for the construction of a more robust supply chain network. |
