Modern economy develops with not only increasingly fierce economiccompetition but also the entire supply chain competition among enterprises. Moderncompanies begin to cooperate with the suppliers of the supply chain as a validresource, and determine the long-term cooperation vendor according to the actualdeveloping situation of the enterprise, which is of great significance to theprocurement strategy of them. Production orders for large customers, especially incement equipment manufacturing enterprises, require mixed product structures,complex technologies and long construction period. Cement equipmentmanufacturing enterprises usually ensure the supply of raw materials in priority inorder to ensure the quality and quantity of the production during the contract period tocomplete the project. A single supplier just cannot satisfy the needs of material supplyof the enterprise, so the companies often get supply simultaneously from multiplevendors and cooperate with them during the long-term projects. Supply and demand isthe most important relationship linking suppliers with enterprises. In order to furtherimprove cooperation mechanisms with suppliers, companies and providers shouldreach certain agreements and contracts on cooperation to ensure the interests of bothsides.The problem of multi-source purchase order allocation in cement equipmentmanufacturing enterprises is studied in the paper. And it is constructed and solved bythe order allocation model with information system design applications to verify itsfeasibility. The main research contents are as follows:(1) First the background of the current study are described, in particular,describes the current developments in the cement equipment companies; singlesource of domestic and foreign research status and multi-source purchase order issuesrelated presentations.(2)This assay describes the production pattern of cement equipment companies,analyzes the features of purchasing management in cement equipment companies andthe management goal of enterprise purchasing.It also analyzes the purchasingprocedure and points out the problems in purchasing management.And through thestudy of suppliers choose and analysis of order allocation pattern in cement equipmentcompanies,help us better understand the features of corporate order allocation. (3)For the production features of cement equipment companies and to achievethe goal of corporate minimum purchasing cost, it has built the purchasing orderallocation pattern for multi-period and multiple suppliers under some constraintconditions.And through the study and analysis of this pattern,studied the bestcompany purchasing strategy.Through case analysis and verification ofcalculation,proved the correctness of this pattern and analyzed the solution results.(4)Based on the purchasing order allocation pattern for multi-period and multiplesuppliers and through the demand analysis for cement equipment companies,todevelope the allocation management system and its application.for corporatepurchasing order allocation,through the VS2008development platform and SQL2005database,to develope and design system functions and database.Also with modeland algorithm applied to the system,to improve the management efficiency forcorporate purchasing order management and minimize the purchasing cost in cementequipment companies.
