| Order is very important to the development of enterprises,so it is particularly urgent to establish a scientific and reasonable order strategy to meet the development of enterprises.However,in the current market environment,the order situation of the enterprise is becoming more and more complicated.The traditional order theory has been unable to completely solve most of the problems in enterprise order management,which requires scientific and reasonable methods to study the order model to meet the actual needs of enterprises.During my internship in a biopharmaceutical enterprise,I found that the order mode of this enterprise has the characteristics of multiple periods,multiple materials,multiple suppliers and quantity discount.However,the enterprise failed to adopt a reasonable order strategy,resulting in confusion in order management and serious overstock of production materials.It is urgent to form an order strategy and inventory control method in line with the actual situation of the enterprise.Based on extensive reading of domestic and foreign research literature on order models,this article summarizes the ordering lot models from different perspectives in the literature.After analyzing the order status of an enterprise,a multi-cycle,multi-product,multi-vendor,and order discount model with price discounts is proposed that meets the order characteristics of the company.The model is based on a manufacturing enterprise,and studies the optimal decision-making problem of the enterprise order multiple key materials from multiple suppliers at the same time.It is specifically described as:a buyer orders a variety of materials in a production year(including multiple periods).Under the constraint conditions of warehouse storage capacity,supplier supply and price discount,in order to achieve the minimum total order cost,the buyer should choose to order from an appropriate supplier to balance various costs in the whole production year,including material purchase cost,order cost,storage cost and transportation cost,i.e.The buyer needs to decide when to order in the following multiple cycles,which suppliers to order from,and how much to order separately in order to minimize the total order cost on the basis of meeting the needs of each period.This article takes the actual order situation of YAJS biopharmaceutical companies as the research background,and builds an order model with multi-cycle,multi-product,multi-vendor and price discount characteristics.At the same time,the restriction factors such as inventory capacity,maximum order quantity,price discount and meeting demand are taken as the constraint conditions of the ordering model.In the case study,the relevant parameters of the model solution were determined based on the operating conditions of the YAJS biopharmaceutical company,and the order model was solved using the LINGO software to determine the optimal order lot and order time of the company,and then obtained in accordance with the actual situation of the company optimal ordering strategy.Finally,the model solution results are compared with the original ordering data of the enterprise.The results show that the ordering strategy studied in this paper can reduce the order capital of the enterprise by 13.7%throughout the planning period.Through the study of this model,not only can it provide a basis for YAJS biopharmaceutical companies to control order costs and increase profits,but the model can also be applied to manufacturing companies with similar order characteristics to provide a reference for their improved ordering strategies. |
