The Research On Innovation Driven Strategy In Huangshi City During The Industrial Transformation Period

Industry transformation of resources city is currently a difficult problem in the world. Theinternational economic has been depressed since2013. The18th CPC National Congress hasmentioned, to achieve the implement innovation drive development strategy to change the modeof economic development, to ensure sustained economic growth. The resource type city usheredin the transition period of historical opportunities. Huangshi,which has three thousand yearshistory of the development of typical mining city. How to use the theory of innovation drivenindustry has obvious significance transformation, it’s worth to the further study.In this paper, the present situation of the transformation of the development of Huangshias the breakthrough point, according to several regions, economy, industry, environment,humanities, account the present condition of transformation of Huangshi, using the SWOTanalysis of the transformation of the development of Huangshi advantages and disadvantages,restricting factors, great opportunities, threats, combined with industry, space, ecology, culture ofseveral key elements, we find three key problems of the transformation and development ofHuangshi: linking regional ecological system and city transformation; interactive industrydevelopment and city space development; related industry transformation and cultural heritageresources. On this basis, analyze the fact of influence in Huangshi innovation. Then throughanalyzing the successful case of international resource-based city transformation, refine theimpact factor for Huangshi innovation driven development. Then the basic thinking gradient, tothe Huangshi city reality together, divided into several regions with different characteristics,choice of path analysis of different regional innovation process, and then to be integrated, formthe whole driving Huangshi city innovation path. Finally, from the regional ecological, industrialdevelopment, culture protection three aspects,we construct strategic guidance system; from thepolicy, social situation, the allocation of resources three aspects to construct the supporting system,we put forward some strategies and suggestions.
