| Resource-based city is an essential component of the process of industrialization,and relying on the development of natural resources,its prosperity must rely on the city's natural resources.Because of the natural resources is non-renewable,the rise of the city relying on the exploitation of natural resources,is showing a cyclical changes in the law,which is,generate,development,maturity,recession.Therefore,if the city development into a certain stage,which doesn't take a transformation strategy,it is bound to die out.Every resource-based city domestic and abroad will face the problem of transformation,they need to carry out the strategic choice of transformation.How to develop a suitable strategy that resource-based city transformation of the development to ensure the city's sustainable development has become a worldwide issue.And the overall strategy of transformation also determines the city to choose which kind of transformation strategy for transformation.In this treatise,taking Xingtai of Hebei Province as an example,this paper proposes the strategic choice for the transformation of Xingtai according to the development status,development environment,industrial structure,and resource status of Xingtai and the problems faced by the transformation.In the process of achieving strategic transformation,Xingtai should follow the unified model of resource-based cities,gradually get rid of the dependence on resources,and achieve the in-depth development of the coal chemical industry and the extension of the industrial chain.At the same time,it strictly implements the regional protection system,strengthens green development,actively integrates into various economic circles and economic belts,implements industrial and technological linkage and linkage in accordance with the plan,continuously optimizes the industrial structure of Xingtai,and concentrates urban agglomeration capacity to promote overall development,leading industries with featured industries development. |
