With the advance of economy globalization and development strategy for marine, therelationship of port logistics and harbor economic has been paid more and moreattention. To improve the economic extroversion of Hebei Province, it is necessary tohandle the interaction of coupling system correctly, at the same time the strategic status ofBohai bay port collaborative development is rising, port logistics and harbor economiccoupling system has entered a golden period, but some contradictions in logisticsand harbor economic coupling system have highlighted gradually, and it has restrictedto a certain degree the coordinated development of the coupling system. So on the basis ofsystem evaluation, this paper analyses some main constraints in the currentcoupling system, and predicts the trend of system by modeling simulation, and proposesthree schemes, and finally puts forward suggestions for the optimization.Firstly, it tells the research background, significance, research status, the content andmethods of this paper, Expounds the concepts and theory and it also analyses theinteraction mechanism of port logistics and harbor economic coupling system, this partlaid a foundation for the following coupling system evaluation and simulation prediction.Secondly, it tells the current development of the port logistics and harbor economy inHebei province, and establishes a coupling system evaluation model, on the basis of astrict indicator choosing system with AHP and EVM weight method, it has judged thecoupling phase and coordination stage of port logistics and harbor economic couplingsystem of Hebei province, and at last on the basis of this we summarize some mainconstraints.Thirdly, on the basis of system dynamics it builds a simulation model, with Vensim-PLE(6.3) software it draws Causal Relationship and System Flow Diagram, establishesthe simulation model, tests the effective repeatedly, and then simulation forecasting andstrategy analysis From three aspects are following.Finally, on the basis of all the above contents, including the coupling systemevaluation and simulation forecasting and strategy analysis, it puts forward six optimization suggestions of port logistics and harbor economic coupling system.
