The fierce global competition and turbulent environment have put forward newdemands on organizations.As a result,it’s not enough to depend only on the managementteam to solve all the problems,more and more organizations begin to realize theimportance of employees’ constructive suggestions.The voice behavior is one of the mostprominent behaviors,having been the focus of researchers on organization behavior.Soresearchers devote to exploring the deep effects on voice behavior.Recently,researchershave focused on the positive factors accounting for the voice behavior of employees andpaid less attention on negative factors except managers’ abusive behaviors.But they ignorea more common phenomenon that is workplace bullying.Workplace bullying as a seriousviolence in organizations not only harms mental and physical health of employees but alsodamage organization performance.And the voice behavior is a challenging organizationcitizen behavior so that it’s sensitive to negative factors.It is extremely important toexplore the effects on voice behavior.This paper mainly explores the mechanism which can help understand howworkplace bullying impacts voice behavior and negative emotion play a role in therelationship between workplace bullying and voice behavior and examine the moderatingrole of tradition.Firstly,the related research results at workplace bullying and voicebehavior are reviewed and summarized,and on the basis of previous studies pointed outthe deficiencies.Secondly,it defines the concept of workplace bullying,voicebehavior,negative emotion and tradition,as the empirical studies support thetheory.Thirdly,use the SPSS and AMOS to analysis the questionnaire data,and then drawthe conclusions.Finally,the results of data analysis are discussed,and based on this I putforward the management suggestions.
