This paper mainly adopts the method of empirical research, studying on the mechanism of the effect of Abusive Management on Workplace Deviance Behavior, the Negative Emotions as the intermediary variable, the Tradition as the regulated variable which represent the unique attributes of Chinese. In Kaohsiung and Guangzhou, the author conducted interviews with the professionals and the staffs, and launch a questionnaire survey. In the end, the author got 604 effective questionnairs. After analysis, this paper drawed a conclusion: Abusive Management has a significant positive effect on the Workplace Deviance Behavior(including organization and interpersonal dimension); the Negative Emotion plays an intermediary role in the mechanism. The traditional play a regulatory role in the direct effect, and the indirect effect. In addition, there are some difference between Guangzhou and Kaohsiung. When feel the abuse management, the staff in Kaohsiung feeds back the deviance behavior in workplace more easily, to organization rather than other colleagues.
