The Risk Evaluation Research Of The Logistics Enterprises Participating In The Logistics Finance Under Chattel Mortgage Modes

Logistics Finance is a new forms of business combined modern logistics with finance,it not only relieve the financial difficulties of SMEs, but also become a new source ofprofit of those logistics companies. However, the development of logistics financialbusiness for logistics enterprises in China is not yet mature, it would face many risks whenit is carried out.This paper starts from the theory of logistics finance and the features of chattelmortgage mode, and it focuses on the risk evaluation of the logistics enterprisesparticipating in the logistics finance, identifying and analysising the risk of logisticsenterprises from both internal and external. And it builts a relatively complete set of riskevaluation system under chattel mortgage mode, evaluating risk by using AHP and fuzzysynthetic evaluation.Then using case verify its feasibility.The article is divided into fourparts.Firstly, it introduces the theories and methods, including the related risk of logisticscompanies and the summarize of logistics financial, and emphasising analyze the chattelmortgage model. In addition, introducing some common risk assessment methods andtheir advantages and disadvantages. And focus on discussing fuzzy synthetic evaluationwhich is the article used.Secondly, it analyzes the status of logistics enterprises participate in logistics financeand the risk identification of chattel mortgage mode. On the one hand,elaborating thepresent situation, industrial distribution, the necessity and significance of logisticsenterprises participate in logistics finance. On the other hand, geting the appropriate riskassessment index by conducting the risk identification and analysis under chattel mortgagefrom the point of logistics enterprises.Thirdly, the article builds its risk evaluation index system and model.Afterdetermining the evaluation criteria, builting fuzzy hierarchy integrated model followed bysetting up a hierarchy diagram, determining the weight and comprehensive evaluationvalue. At last, it combines actual case, getting the size of each sort of risk by analyzing therisks faced by logistics enterprise A, and analyzing the results of the evaluation. It is wellrepresented the application value of the paper. At the same time, it makes measures andsuggestions to logistics companies participating in logistics finance for the characteristicsof different risks.
