The logistics industry as an emerging industry has made rapid development in recent years in the country. The number of logistics enterprises has increased dramatically. Logistics as mean of reducing production, distribution costs and increaseing their profits has enabled a wide range of attention. It makes transport, storage, handling, processing, finishing, distribution, information and other aspects organic integration.The high risk is one of the most important characteristics of logistics enterprises safe productivity. With unceasing development of the Logistics science and technology, the risk compared to the past greatly to reduce. But the risk always exists anytime and anywhere. In order to prevent the occurrence of the risk, we need to utilize the risk management theory in the system of safe productivity of Logistics Enterpeises.This paper considers risk of logistics enterprises safe productivity as the research object, and studied the content of every part including making plan, risk recognition, risk evaluation and risk control. This paper has established the logistics business risk model and its risk-control model by use of enterprise risk management control, safety engineering theory. The risk prevention measures and recommendations have been made too. The text introduced the method of evaluation simply and set up the risk assessment indicator systems and made up Fuzzy and Synthetic evaluation model as well as the Risk prevention model. In the end, the paper uses the method of Fuzzy and Synthetic evaluation to choose the plan of engineering line with the instance, then put up some advices of risk prevention in order to prove the correctness of the model and give Logistics Enterprises some basics on risk management.
