| The use of project management in manufacturing enterprise in our country has beenvery common, especially in large-scale manufacturing enterprises. As the marketcompetition, the standard products can not meet the needs of customers, demand fornon-standard products is increasing,and non-standard products most has the characteristicsof project type products, very suitable for project management.Non-standard productsexist at the same time caused enterprises to carry out project management, and through theevaluation to the enterprise multi-project management performance can supervise and urgethe level of enterprise multi-project management，and promote the success of theenterprise project management.Tianye Tolian company is a listing of the large equipment manufacturing enterprises,but hasn’t set up structure in the aspects of the enterprise multi-project managementperformance.The author adopts methods which the combination of normative analysis andempirical analysis, qualitative and quantitative to analyze the the research background andresearch significance, and summarizes the research present situation of the domestic andinternational project management and multi-project management review.
