With the promotion of deepening the "cutting overcapacity,destocking,deleveraging,reducing corporate costs and shoring up weak spots" structural reform of the supply front,the asset management companies developthe main industry,support the real economy,assist structural reform of the supply front.The asset management companies play their own function as well as a more and more important role in financial stability.However,with the regulatory liberalization policy to the local asset management companies,the adverse market competition in assetbusinesshas intensified.Under the current economic situation,the performance evaluation index system in the development of the enterprise,besides the establishment of high-quality personnel,plays an increasingly important role on how to improve the core competitiveness and the development of the enterprise and expand market share.It plays a pivotal role in the strategic development of enterprises whether the performance evaluation system can work well as the baton role,especially when the Balanced Scorecard,as a performance evaluation tool,is being used by all walks of life.While combining financial and non-financial indicators as well as quantitative and qualitative indicators to guide enterprises in the pursuit of profitability,maximization of the value is also needed at the same time.Not only should the enterprises focus on evaluation of past performance to reflect the present situation,but also analysis and evaluation for the future development.Based on the summary of domestic and foreign research results,this paper first introduces the theory and related content of the Balanced Scorecard from the theoretical basis and development of performance evaluation,and analyzes its connotation.Secondly,it analyzes the performance evaluation system of the Asset Management Company H Shanxi Branch's the present situation,and expounds the necessity of applying the Balanced Scorecard to the performance evaluation system by finding out its existing problems.Then by combining with the actual case,the Balanced Scorecard idea is applied to the Asset Management Company H's Shanxi branch,the performance evaluation system based on the Balanced Scorecard is constructed,and the index weight is assigned by using AHP(the analytic hierarchy process).The evaluation method is applied to the comprehensive evaluation.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward according to the evaluation results,so as to realize the comprehensive performance evaluation of Shanxi Branch of Asset Management Company H.The purpose of this paper is to build a set of performance evaluation system based on the strategic objectives of the Asset Management Company H Shanxi Branch by combining the theory and the case,and to help the Shanxi branch to improve the business performance.Meanwhile,the performance evaluation system of Balanced Scorecard provides useful reference for the application of financial asset management company.
