With the development of enterprises, the requirement of informatization continuously improves. The technology of informatization becomes an efficient tool for enterprise operation. The effective integration of informatization technology and operation management has become the support of enterprise management. In the course of informatization, enterprises are facing difficulties in informatization management. Especially when the requests of informatization highly rises, facing with several projects enterprises will meet great challenges in multi-project management. How could enterprises effectively use conflict-management for the informatization multi-projects? It is the question that every informatization multi-project manager will meet.This thesis uses existing conflict identify method for multi-project management to distinguish the conflicts in the informatization multi-project management and uses project management maturity model to check the project management ability of the company. Connecting with conflict identified result, the thesis indicates the conflicts that most need to be solved:priority conflict, progress plan conflict, and resource allocation conflict of multi-project.After confirming the target, the thesis analyses the related foreign document to summarize the existing methods and models to solve the multi-project priority conflict, progress plan conflict, and resource allocation conflict.With the analysis, Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) is used for priority conflict. Confirming the priority index, weighting, estimating system is first step. After that, priority assessments should be carried out in enterprise with three informatization projects in order to obtain the reasonable priority order. It provides reference for solving priority conflict.Multi-projects network technique is used for solving the problem of progress plan conflict and resource allocation conflict via analysis and comparison. This method is appropriate for the real situation of the company. With re-planning two projects of progress conflict and resource conflict, company do better in solving the issues of progress and resource conflict of multi-project.Above research and practice transfer the info that there are many mature arithmetic and modules for resolving multi-project priority conflict, progress plan conflict and resource allocation conflict in all aspects. Every method has own focal point and complexity. Solving problems need consider corporate culture, peopleware, management ability and project practice. It should use the most suitable way with reasonable selection to find resolution for problems instead of only choosing the most popular and universal method.The thesis focuses the application of the existing project management methods in informatization multi-project environment and its practical value.
