| As China’s economy and the civil aviation industry are developing rapidly, Chinaairport VIP services industry is also gradually developing. However, major companiesincluding Shenzhen airport VIP companies are faced with lower growth rate andunreasonable revenue structure. Thus, the companies have to change their developmentstrategy to solve the difficulties.Chinese airport VIP service industry development environment, airport VIP serviceindustry chain and the development status of Shenzhen airport VIP company are studieddeeply at first. The development problems of the company are proposed at the same time.In order to solve the problems, the author analyzes the developing environment and thecompetitive edge of the the company by using theories of strategic management, industrychain integration and service quality management. With the help of the analyst tools of theBoston matrix, the SWOT analysis model and marketing mix, this paper presents thestrategy of building the high-end business travel service platform of Shenzhen Airport aswell as the strategy of establishing airport club. In order to make the strategy carried outsmoothly, this paper also puts forward the suggestions of protecting the core VIP serviceresources, integrating the industrial chain, service marketing, making the businessdiversified, and presents the creative suggestions on clause-government mechanism. Notonly the experience of the advanced companies, but also the author’s ideas have beenintegrated into the strategies. This paper not only can direct the Shenzhen airport VIPbusiness development and transformation, but also can solve some common problems ofthe domestic airport VIP services industry. This paper also can improve the quality ofchina’s aviation high-end passenger service. |
