Basic requirement of passengers is safety and punctuality in the fiy.Therefore, we must strive to make normal flight to get the passenger satisfaction. With the continuous development of the airport, civil aviation enterprises greatly improve the quality of service. But there is still a considerable gap between service requirements with the increase in travelers and many service problems, How to improve and enhance the quality of service of the airport enterprise problem is a series of problems in the existence of the airport.A method of combining normative analysis and empirical analysis are applied In this paper, Not only by defining the concepts and theories of airport services and service products, But also through the analysis of the current situation of Hohhot Airport, the paper points out that the way of service improvements and services to enhance the mechanism of Hohhot Airport and formulates a corresponding countermeasures.First of all, This paper defines the concept of airport services and service products discussing the quality of service management theory and pointing out the specific circumstances of the Hohhot Baita1International Airport. The next,The paper points out to enhance the growth path of the level of service, Through deeply analysising the internal and external environment of the Hohhot Baita International Airport.’Therefore, The paper points out the historical reasons and the reality limitations of this situation based on a realistic analysis. Further discoursing the policy recommendations to improve service measures and pointing out the airport services sector development feasible approach.Nextly, the paper establishes countermeasures system resolved the Hohhot Baita International airport services. Firstly, launching a comprehensive brand-building; Secondly, building management platform, and carrying out four supervision and inspection; Thirdly, doing a good job of complaints received work.
