Along with the financial system and socialist economy system reform areunceasingly deepen,Domestic small and micro businesses has shown a good developmentform and strong development needs.But under the influence of various conditions,Unableto obtain commercial bank comprehensive and timely financial services.At the sametime,Also our social market economy rapid development,Between our country commercialbank industry has become increasingly competitive,The transformation of individualbusiness strategic direction,Therefore,Commercial bank small micro financial servicescompanies have become an important problem in our country at present to pay attention.In this paper how to improve China’s commercial banks to small and microbusinesses financial services perspective to explain.Through the study of China’scommercial banks to small and micro businesses in financial services,discuss theincentives why the commercial banks want to improve the financial services to small andmicro businesses,and analyze the feasibility of improving the financial services ofcommercial banks to small and micro businesses,finally puts forward many practical andfeasible countermeasures for commercial banks to improve the financial services to smalland micro businesses.First of all,thesis explicates the related theory on providing Smalland micro businesses financial services by commercial banks.On this basis,thesisanalyzes the financial demand including credit fund and other financial services fromsmall and micro businesses,And the analysis of China’s commercial banks to small andmicro enterprise financial services. China’s commercial banks in the small and microbusinesses financial services although there has been some progress, but still can noteffectively meet the small and micro businesses of commercial bank financial servicemarket demand, this is not conducive to commercial banks and small and microbusinesses sustainable development. This situation is unfavorable for the development ofcommercial banks and small and micro businesses. Therefore, China’s commercial banksneed to reform and perfect. This paper discusses the feasibility, small and microbusinesses to improve financial service of commercial banks in China, from the Commercial Bank of China’s own interests, the management predicament faced,international experience and improving external conditions were analyzed, and the resultshows that China’s commercial banks to small and micro businesses to providecomprehensive financial services to the conclusion. Finally, this article from theAgricultural Bank of internal organizational structure, customer selection method,business strategy, marketing, innovation development and risk control, and puts forwardimproving models and strategies for small and micro businesses financial services ofcommercial banks in china. China’s commercial banks need to continue to strengthen thecustomer relationship management of small and micro businesses to create, the servicemode selection stage, financial products marketing, customer maintenance tapping stagedevelopment stage as well as the stock of customers in the customer, make the financialservices strategy.
