HF control co., LTD. Is a wholly state-owned enterprise,which has been engaging inthe production of mechanical and electronic products. With the impact of the economicglobalization, company’s leader put forward strategic targets which emphasizes productionand research at the same time, aiming at the transformation from manufacture enterprisesto comprehensive enterprises. With the efforts of seven years, HF company graduallygrow into a high-tech company. However, the patterns of distribution for manufacturingenterprises are still applied in the company. The competitiveness and equity of thecompensation system are insufficient, which can not stimulate the enthusiasm of technicalpersonnel. As a result, the revolution of the company’s compensation system is quiteurgent and necessary.On the basis of the above discussion, this article mainly studies problems of HFcompany’s salary allocation through data collection, employee interviews, industryinformation collection and questionnaire investigation. This paper is to find out thedeficiencies of the salary system and methods to solve these issues by analyzing thepresent situation and problems of salary distribution of the company. With the guidance ofrelevant theories on performance and salary management. Adopting various analysismethods and analysis tools to analyze the collected information and data, the authorevaluates the existing290jobs’s value. As a result these jobs’s value can be judged insame standard. At last, a performance-related salary system is made out with theconsideration of human resource condition. Through practical operation, the managementsystem has got the praise and recognition around the company, which is beneficial toimprove the company’s internal management and achieve strategic objectives.
