Salary is to attract,retain and motivate talents and improve employee satisfaction is one of the most important factors in the human resources management of Modern Hotel.Therefore,in the hotel operation,the human capital has become the focus of competition in market economy.How to motivate talents through effective salary management and salary systematical management is a problem for every hotel managers.At the same time,because the salary is the basic economic source of the hotel staff,it is the conflict of interest between the staff and the hotel,the staff and the staff.Therefore,the salary management is also a very difficult,very sensitive and very strong work concerning to the policy,which demands the policy makers to combine the status quo of the hotel and scientific trade-offs to make a comprehensive study of consideration.How to design a set of scientific and reasonable salary system through the hotel's overall development strategy and the needs of employees is the core and key of modern human resource management.This paper takes Beijing AM hotel as the research object,on the foundation of analysis of the salary management theory,the operating status of current compensation system of Beijing AM hotel to carry on the analysis,puts forward the main problems existing in the salary system and analyzes the reasons,combined with the design method and principle of compensation management theory and compensation system,research on system optimization the salary system of AM hotel.Starting from the design objectives and principles of comprehensive compensation system,based on the characteristics of the post,based on the analysis of various duties,with the compensation factor and salary grade standard,scoring sort of hotel of each post,to determine the level of job selection,Beijing the same class hotel survey salary level,determine the salary level adjustment,salary adjustment the structure of all levels and improve the allowances system.In order to ensure the effective implementation of the scheme and provide a corresponding guarantee mechanism for the scheme,it is expected to achieve the goal of transforming from theory to practice.
