Evaluation Of The Sustainability Of Petroleum Supply Chain

Evaluation of the sustainability of petroleum supply chain is beneficial tooptimize the petroleum industry and its resources, and improve the quality ofpetroleum supply chain, thereby improve the science and technologymanagement level. The problem proposed here belongs to multiple attributedecision making, which needs to analysis the evaluation object from theevaluation indexes based on the evaluation system. The evaluation methodinvolves objective, subjective and overall evaluation, this thesis points out thelevel of petroleum supply chain based on the objective method, and researchesthe feasibility and suitability.First, a pressure-state-response model is proposed to evaluate petroleumsupply chain, and the evaluation indexes are analyzed based on the petroleumindustry characteristics. A novel approach is established to determine weights byintegrating rough set and entropy weight method, which considers the importanceof the attribute on making decisions and the information of attributes. Thisapproach is more comprehensive and objective. Then, a rating scale is presentedbased on the predecessors’ sustainability and the actual development level of thepetroleum, which can be used to establish the sustainability level and helpenterprises clear the insufficient and reform the supply chain.Second, another objective evaluation approach is proposed based on theneural network to analyze the level of petroleum supply chain sustainability. BPand RBF neural network models are established, and the comprehensive databased on the rough set and entropy weight method is used as the actual data. Thetraining samples are trained many times and the optimum parameters areachieved by neural network toolbox in MATLAB software. Then, the finishedtrain network is applied to analyze the test data, to compare the obtained data andactual data, and judge the suitability and accuracy of the sustainability level.
