Based On Entropy Weight TOPSIS Electrical Manufacturing Supply Chain Partner Selection Research

Under the environment of Supply-side Structural Reform,the industrial structure has been adjusted,resources integration accelerated pace,the optimal allocation of resources and optimizing the regeneration is the general direction of this reform.The information change has deep into the industrial chain of each corner,as a result of competition between enterprises will be increasingly fierce;Many companies are not only looking for the survival of this,at the same time do manage change,finally for resource sharing and mutual benefit of the supply chain cooperation pattern;In this context,how to choose a good supply chain requires our in-depth exploration.in order to convenient,scalable to the economics of a specific industry category,with a more accurate knowledge of supplier selection model is how to transition from extensive to intensive,then to the extension of scientific rationalization application.This article choice from the perspective of electrical manufacturing companies,all-round,multi-angle thinking strategy partner when the choice must refer to the various elements,to establish a scientific and effective,feasible electrical manufacturing industry raw materials supplier evaluation index system,and connecting with the frontier of the evaluation method to evaluate suppliers,select the best partners,in order to achieve win-win.This topic research mainly revolves around the following aspects:the first is the meaning of the research background and research purpose is analyzed,and through a lot of vendor selection,about supply chain management,and other relevant literature research,to find research starting points.The second step is to discuss the theory of supply chain,supply chain management and supplier partnership,to laying the foundation of theory research.The third step is combining of literature research and field investigation results,after comprehensive consideration,construct a set of electrical manufacturing industry evaluation index system of new raw materials suppliers.The fourth step is after evaluation determining entropy method as the basis of this thesis evaluation method,through the entropy weight method can be respectively gives quantitative index and qualitative index to rationalize the weight,make more objective evaluation of all index;Combined with the use of TOPSIS method for evaluation after sorting and optimization results.Last generation into the index system and method proposed in this paper,by example analysis of A company manufacturing enterprises for its raw material supplier ranking and optimal choice,to verify the proposed index system and method in the practical application of scientific validity and practicality.
