Studies On Performance Evaluation Of Pork Green Supply Chain In Henan Province

Pork is the main non-food of people's daily life.With the 21 st century,people pay more and more attention to the quality and safety of pork and the friendly environment of resources and environment,green pork has become the first choice for market consumption.Henan Province is China's domestic pork production areas and important consumer market,the implementation of green supply chain pork,can better meet the needs of consumers of green pork,pork industry in Henan Province to provide opportunities for transformation.However,in the process of implementing green supply chain of pork,the effective performance evaluation of pork green supply chain can be found in time to find the supply chain problem,and provide decision-making basis for the construction and healthy development of pork green supply chain.This paper first studies the development history of pork green supply chain and the development of pork industry in Henan province,and clarifies the practical significance of pork green supply chain performance evaluation.By carefully combing and summarizing the domestic and foreign related theoretical research,it clarifies the green supply chain of pork The relevant concepts and the implementation of performance evaluation of pork green supply chain research,application status and shortcomings;Based on the above research,the SWOT analysis of the green supply chain in Henan province was carried out.According to the connotation and characteristics of pork green supply chain,the performance evaluation model of pork green supply chain in Henan province was constructed from three aspects:economy,society and environment.Entropy weight method and analytic hierarchy process,and the performance evaluation of pork green supply chain in Henan province was carried out based on triangular whitening weight function.Finally,on the basis of field investigation,the validity and scientificity of the method are verified by empirical analysis,and the methods and countermeasures to improve the green supply chain of pork in Henan province are put forward.
