Research On Business Process Outsourcing Project

This thesis is based on the analysis of Chinese outsource service development, thecharacteristics of pharmaceutical industry and its service process and also the theory ofoutsource service. It discussing the merits of outsourcing service in binding with itscustomers’ strength to gain the mutual benefits, and the necessity of outsource service’shigh-quality, efficiency and information safety.This paper mainly deals with one outsource service company and take one of itsprograms as a case study, analyzing this program’s characteristics, problems and solutions.It also explains the importance of combining process analysis of the program with itsimplementation. To further, the thesis introduces the significance of quality management,customer service and communication and also the information security. At last, the paperpresents the measures to better the process of outsource service industry and expectationsof its future. Hopefully, by discussing the process analysis, this paper could provide somereference to the similar outsource service companies.
