New Farmer Specialize Cooperatice Organization Research In Heilongjiang Province

Accelerating the transformation of the mode of economic development, promotingthe adjustment of industrial structure, keys and difficulties are in rural areas. At present,the development of modern agriculture is facing the prominent contradiction betweenthe "small production" and "big market". Transformation and upgrading is not only thepractical need of agricultural development, but also the inevitable choice to realize therural economy and social coordination for sustainable development.According to the field survey and research of farmer specialized cooperativeorganizations in the part of our province’s cities and rural areas, and in summing up anddrawing lessons from domestic and international specialized cooperative organizationsin rural development model and experience on the basis of the analysis, this articleundertakes theoretical analysis of the new-style farmers’ specialized cooperativeorganization. It thinks that it has very important sense to accelerate the transformationof development mode of agriculture, to promote agricultural production andmanagement specialization, industrialization, larger-scale, organization throughsupporting the development of the new-style farmer specialized cooperativeorganization，explorativing the development path of increasing farmers’ income accordswith the situation of Heilongjiang Province.This article mainly uses the field survey and research, literature research, caseanalysis, SWOT analysis, domestic and international comparative analysis of thecombining methods. It analyzes development present situation and the existenceproblems of the new-style farmers’ specialized cooperative organizations inHeilongjiang Province. It analyzes the relevance between the Heilongjiang Provincenew-style farmers’ specialized cooperative organization and the development ofagricultural economy. It puts forward the idea of new-style farmers’ specializedcooperative organization "five-in-one" mode in Heilongjiang Province and majorsuggestions of developing new-style farmer specialized cooperative organization.
