Development Strategy For Official Card Business Of China Construction Bank Heilongjiang Branch

The invention of Official Card had a great effect on our financial settlementsystem. Firstly, it changed reimbursement mode of administrative institutionswhile achieved paperless payment and electronic information. Secondly, itimplemented financial dynamic monitor for information of official payment thatguarantee openness and transparency of financial expenditure and enhanced thelevel of financial management and provided better service for our Chinese.Official Card, as a modern payment measure, is an important direction for ourofficial payment in future. Along with the aggravation of bank card businesscompetitions among state-owned banks, new joint-stock commercial bank，jointventure banks and foreign banks, the profit ability of commercial bank faceenormous challenges.The official card as a young bank card which has a hugespace for development must become the focus to compete.This paper focuses on the official card business in Heilongjiang branch ofCCB comparing with the domestic and foreign development condition of theofficial business. It starts with the basic concept of official card business. Then itintroduces management features of official card business on the profit analysisand risk management. After that it introduces the current official card businessdevelopment of the Heilongjiang branch and carefully analyzes the problems andthe competitive environment of the official card business of Heilongjiang branch.It analyzes the external development environment based on the policies, theeconomic, the social and cultural, the technology and the competitive marketenvironment and analyzes the internal development based on the financial, theHuman and the technology resources. Based on above analysis, this paper clearthe principle and goal of the development of Heilongjiang branch’s official cardbusiness, finally elaborates the policies for development of Heilongjiangbranch’s official card business from various aspects such as management,marketing and supporting, services and facilities with the expect to contribute tothe development of Heilongjiang branch’s official card business.
