With telecom market becoming more and more competitive, the greatdifferences between telecom products have become less obvious. However, thedemands of operators are always changing. As a result, it is necessary for NSN toput great emphasize on post-sales service to win in the competition. Nowadays,the improvement and promotion of the customer service skills are the keys to acompany’s development and competitiveness in the future. Only some satisfiedcustomers can be a company’s loyal client resources. Through the improvementin service management as well as some creative approaches, we can solve theproblems and realize the value of customer service. Only in this way is itpossible to achieve a win-win situation among customers, society and companiesand make customers satisfied.With the help of SWOT, this paper analyzes major competitors bydescribing the situation in communication industry. The author develops thedifficulties that they came across in the process of their service in hardwareservice, user perception and network optimization. Besides, the author providesmeasures of safeguard of the reform of the local service and the standard process.This paper gives a lot of valuable suggestions on the improvement of theservice of the mobile project in Heilongjiang NSN Company, from which othercompanies can learn as well. They must have a great effect on the developmentof NSN and the service teams in Heilongjiang Province in the future.
