The digital economy which is based on the broadband for development is on the rise;our country is also the same. Domestic Internet fast-growing trend in the past few yearsindicates that the broadband will take off rapidly, and it provides favorable developmentopportunity for the reconstituted full service telecom operators. The fixed pricemanagement model through experience which formed in the era of monopoly, cannot adaptto full service competition in the market. Telecom operators must explore a scientific way,only in this way can they win the broadband market in the competitive times. Therefore,this article carries out the study on the fixed price model of broadband in order to promotethe domestic broadband operators operating in a scientific way especially in the pricing.This article reviewed the economic fixed pricing theory、 the marketing study fixedprice theory, the general fixed price method, as well as domestic related viewpoint aboutthe telecommunication fixed price. Then it analyses the broadband market and the currentsituation of telecom operation in business pricing.The main problem which exists in the broadband fixed price in domestictelecommunication operation business is that it takes experience pricing as the mainmethod. Because of lacking the scientific tool, the operator can hardly adapt in thecompetition times. The economic theory and the marketing theory of pricing haveprovided the basic theory for the realization broadband scientific fixed price. Among them,the theories on the consumer demand、 the demand and the price elasticity、 consumersurplus and Consumer price sensitivity has provide the basic method for attempting toconstruct broadband fixed price model.Through overall analyzing the variation of influencing broadband fixed price, Thisarticle summarizes that the potential demand for broadband、the response to consumerprice and the cost of broadband operation are the main influencing variation. In order topursue the goal of income maximization, this article attempts to construct the broadbandfixed price basic model. The foundation of model application is the analysis of economicsociety history data regression and the investigation on the region broadband market to theconsumer. In order to confirm that the broadband fixed price basic model is effective, thisarticle take the FJ telecommunication company broadband fixed price as a modelapplication example. It collects data through consulting second-hand materials and themarket survey.Then it completes the model parameter estimate using the SPSS dataanalysis software and the MATLAB programming software. Finally it completesbroadband pricing calculation using the fixed price model and solves the best broadbandprice in FJ Telecommunication Company. After the confirmation, the result of the fixedprice model conforms to the fixed price goal of income maximization. It proved that thebroadband fixed price basic model which is constructed by this essay is practical.At last, this essay analyses the suitable condition and the existing flaws of the fixedprice model of broadband.And it points out the further research of the fixed price ofbroadband.
