Study On Distribution Center Location Based On Group AHP And Fuzzy Evaluation

Distribution center is an important component of the modern logistics system, Itsbasic task is to complete the storage and distribution of goods, and to plan, execute,control the goods’ efficient flow and storage from suppliers to consumers. In order toreduce logistics costs, improve circulation efficiency, the scientific establishment ofdistribution center is the inevitable result of market competition.The location of distribution center is a planning process of selecting one or moreaddresses as distribution center from a certain number of supply points and demand pointsin the economic area. The network settings is a major investment decision problem whichrelated to the rationalization of logistics systems and the social benefits of the commoditycirculation, so it is especially important for setting distribution center networks. Thefactors of network setting will be different for the various types of distribution centers.Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate and research the alternative address of distributioncenter. Then we can determine the best location of distribution center, so it will promotethe development of business and society.This article drew on the basis of research results, used the integration of group AHPand fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the location of distribution center.First, I discussed he basic theory about the distribution centers, and proposed the purpose,principles and influencing factors of distribution center’s location. Second, I described theestablished way for evaluating Index system of distribution center’s location, then theintegration of group AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was applied to theevaluation process of distribution centers’ location. Finally, through using this method toanalysis and evaluate the location of yonghui’s logistics distribution center in Fuzhou, toachieve the purpose of improving the reasonable location.
