As a new high-end business center,Beijing Tongzhou Business Center District has a huge amount of express delivery and a very tight public delivery and distribution resources within the business center.According to the characteristics of the unified management of the express delivery of the business district in Tongzhou Business Center,this paper proposes a two-level end common distribution mode in the limited area of “end distribution center + end self-raising point”,through the construction of Beijing Tongzhou Business Center District.The two-stage end of the limited area is a common distribution network to solve the problem of express delivery in the Tongzhou Business Center in Beijing.This paper relies on the two-level planning and location model based on genetic algorithm and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to complete the site selection of the twolevel end common distribution network in Tongzhou Business Center District of Beijing.Firstly,based on the K-means clustering analysis,the number and location of the terminal distribution nodes are initially determined according to the distribution of demand points,and the initial candidate nodes are constructed.Secondly,the service cost and construction cost of the entire distribution network are minimized and customer satisfaction is established.The maximum target cost--customer satisfaction bi-level planning model,quantitative analysis,using genetic algorithm to solve the location model by MATLAB,to obtain a two-level end common distribution site selection alternative;then,establish Transportation conditions,operating environment,customer satisfaction and community impact are the criteria layer,transportation distance,smooth roads,storage capacity,investment attractiveness,process satisfaction,waiting satisfaction,impact on traffic and impact on residents are indicators At the end of the distribution network,the feasibility evaluation index body is selected,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is constructed to comprehensively compare the existing alternatives.Finally,the actual situation of the Tongzhou business center area is digitized,and the established two-level planning selection is used.Site model and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for site selection,providing optimal decision makers End-stage co-location program distribution outlets.
